“Constructing a well-conceived design project with seriously constrained budget and time limitations challenged Burchick Construction to provide extraordinary leadership with the owner and design team to achieve the desired results. To maximize constructability efficiencies many alternatives were identified, thoroughly evaluated, and implemented for building materials, structural, MEP, and installation techniques without any degradation of the original design intent. Each constructability item was identified early, either prior to or during the initial construction process which allowed mutually acceptable solutions to be developed. The elation that the owner displayed for the new chapel facility is a direct result of the knowledge, creativity, and skills that Burchick Construction provided this outstanding project.”
