Hanel Storage Systems | Cranberry Township

The Hanel Storage Systems Tenant Build Out was located at The Heights of Thorn Hill in Cranberry Township. Burchick served as the general contractor for the base building construction. This tenant build-out consisted of approximately 13,000sf. The area will provide Hanel with both a Display Showroom and mock-up center for their patented storage systems.

To facilitate construction, Burchick needed to sawcut the existing 7-1/2” thick concrete wall panels to accommodate a new door opening.

The tenant area build-out included new fire alarm, electrical and fire protection systems. In addition, a new air handling unit was installed and associated ductwork to provide HVAC to the interior areas.

The floor plan included new offices, conference rooms, and display areas. In addition, a kitchen and breakroom area were also constructed. These two areas included new architectural casework.

The interior construction included new acoustical ceilings. New carpet, and resilient tile floor coverings were provided throughout the space.

New restroom facilities were constructed as part of this build-out. New window treatments were installed on the perimeter windows.

Burchick started this work in June 2020 and completed the entire tenant improvements in a 12-week period, which allowed for a September 30, 2020 substantial completion.
