Burn Boot Camp

Burchick is working closely with the tenant for the development of a space in a building known as “The Stables at Hartwood”. This building is located on Harts Run Road in Indiana Township in the northeastern quadrant of Allegheny County.

The tenant is Burn Boot Camp which is a boutique fitness center. The total space encompasses about 4300sf and includes a variety of amenities.

The largest area is the 2500sf multi-tiered Work Out area which also includes storage racks for various pieces of fitness related equipment.

There is also a large Reception and Retail area as you enter the facility. Ancillary spaces include Men’s and Women’s Restrooms, Men’s and Women’s Shower Rooms, two Administrative Offices, a Child Watch area, Laundry area, and Storage facilities.

Currently, Burchick is working with the client, the design team and the township to secure the required permits. Construction is expected to begin sometime in 3rd quarter 2024 with anticipated completion near the end of the year 2024.
