The Owner contracted Burchick Construction Company, Inc. on a design-build basis to provide a two-story parking structure for 250 parking spaces.  The structure was built over existing on grade parking.  The structure was designed by VSL Structural Engineers.  Burchick Construction self-performed the concrete and excavation. The project was performed under a Guaranteed Maximum Price delivery system with an overall savings provided to the Owner.
