February marks the beginning of a tenant fit-out project for the Social Security Administration that includes a total renovation area of approximately 17,000 SF in the historic Weis Courthouse on Level 1. The project includes restoration to historic Guastavino tile, limited demolition, modification of exterior windows and openings, and a new elevator and monumental stair.
