Sherwood Oaks is a retirement community located in Cranberry Township. Burchick Construction is currently building units 614-619 within this community, two singles and two duplexes. These 2-3 bedroom houses are approximately 2,400 square feet each, making the total project about 14,600 square feet. We are building these units from the ground up and are coordinating with both UPMC and the architect on each unit’s unique finishes.
