The 39th floor of BNY Mellon Three was originally the executive floor for US Steel Corporation and had not been updated since it was built in the 1950s.  This project involved wholesale demolition of the 22,000-square foot floor and renovations in order to match the other floors in the building.  The project also included upgrades to the MEP systems, replacement of toilet rooms, and standardized finishes.

Also included as part of this project was the construction of a new stairwell from the 39th floor to the 41st floor.
