Pizzuvio Restaurant
In 2016, Burchick constructed a specialty pizza restaurant called Pizzuvio near the Market Square Districtin downtown Pittsburgh. This facility served hand tossed specialty pizza cooked in an Italian made wood fired oven. These pizzas could be made for Take Out or served in a small dining area within the business.
Burchick worked closely with the Architect and Interior Designer to select and install decorative wall and floor tile in the dining and food preparation areas. Large porcelain tile sheets lined the pizza cooking areas. Extensive coordination was required to receive and install the large specialty pizza oven from the European fabricator.
Burchick started and delivered this project over a 6 month time frame in 2016. This business provided another specialty food option to patrons of the Market Square commercial district.
